Prospect Park is what remains of an old estate. See the history link below. There are no views from the top of this hill, which is populated by several water towers and cellular radio arrays.

There is a garden, carefully tended by a group of citizens dedicated to preserving what remains of the estate’s grandeur, as seen in the photo below. There are two paved approaches which now serve as maintenance roads, but are accessible and maintained. There are multiple marked wooded hiking trails around the park. They don’t offer a lot of variety in scenery, but the walk is nice.
